I recently had the opportunity to attend a NACE Career Coaching program in Chicago with a few colleagues. During our workshop, we had a program brain-storming session that I thought I would share. There were really some great ideas that came out of it and I was impressed by the programs each group developed. We only had a limited amount of time to create the ideas but it should give you a good starting place to help you develop your own fabulous programs! Here is a list of the ideas.
